Alice sits on her bed, skirt hiked up around her knees, Jasper in front of her, shirtless. Her fingers are skimming age old paths along his scars, her lip tugged between her teeth.
She leans forward and presses her mouth against a cluster of scars at his ribs, humming softly, before murmuring a question her husband has heard over and over in the years they've known each other. "How badly did they hurt?"

Jasper considers the question again, carefully as he always does, a slight frown appearing as he thinks.
"It hurts," he grins, "About as much as it does having to watch you walk away to class."

Alice smiles up at him. "I know I do."

"No."
Good Lord, no.
He twists out from beneath her hands to grab up his shirt from the floor, tugging it on so hard that it tears at the hem.

She shrugs. "It's the pain thing. I just..." Alice sighs and shrugs again, drifting off and moving to look out their window.

"How's it I'm the bad guy for not wanting to see you hurt and then scarred?

He just stares at her.

Alice stares back before turning back to the window.

She doesn't tell him that she wants him to be the one to bite her. She'll just...keep that to herself.

"No."

"Maybe... Maybe we can talk about it again? After I've had some time to think about it."
Though, really, he's just hoping she'll forget about this silly nonsense in time.

She leans forward, hopeful for a kiss.

Alice smiles sweetly at him to make up for it. "And I'll never forget you love me. Ever. Kiss me again."

Complete lie that though, seeing as he tends to always listen when she talks. He has an even harder time at saying no to her.

Her fingers curl around his and she tugs him closer to kiss him on his cheek, then the corner of his mouth.

"Come 'ere," he murmurs, stretching out to pull her into his lap and arms. He kisses the top of her head.
